Password and Email Distribution Request

We will no longer automatically be adding your email address to our distribution list when you join the chapter or when you change your address on your renewal.  You need to come to this page and request that your address be added and/or request a password for the members only area.  You also may need to reregister your address if any emails sent to you get rejected because your address will then be removed from our list.
Be sure to set any spam blocker program you use to accept email from smhog.com.  This is a major cause of rejection of emails we send.

To add your email address to our list and request a password send an email from the address you wish to receive correspondence from us and send it to
 signup@smhog.com.   (This email address will change periodically)
 In the subject line write the words "Email List" or "Password" or something so I know what you want and that it's not spam.  Be sure that you also include in the text your name as it is registered with us and National HOG.  Your HOG number might help also.

It may take anywhere from one day to a week to add your address to our list as your membership status will need to be confirmed.  Most should only take two days.  A confirmation will be sent back to you once your address has been added along with your password.
